How Alice Walton, one of the Walmart walton's got away from her second DUI...by making the arresting officer magically get suspended and letting the statute of limitations expire of her DUI
She is not above the law, she is equal to us, she is worth billions so she is just a lot more equal than the rest of us.

She just evaded her second case. Though the penalties even for a first time DUI conviction are serious, and can be life altering for the person who faces the court with or without a prior case.
